Garden Cleanup: Vivian Vu

 For this round of service project, I did garden cleanup. I went on March 28th and the 29th to finish the two hours project. My task on the first day was to pick up trash in the surrounding areas or areas that Mr. Bursch had told me and my friend to clean. In order to do that, I had to get a pair of gloves and a black bucket. After I'd finished there was a remaining 20 minutes, so what I did was pulling weed out of the ground and putting into the bucket. I also used a garden tool if I felt like I was struggling to get the root out of the ground. However, I did not encounter any difficulty because of the rain (last couples of days).The second day, I continued picking weed off the floor. This contributes to the garden/environment, because the removal of weed help lessen the plant's competition in the garden (for nutrients and water). This also make the garden more attractive because weed can make the garden look messy. Also, the removal of trash enhances the garden by making it more clean and attractive. These following pictures are images of the results of the garden clean up. As you can see the first bucket is the first step and the rest of the photos are the work that was done within those two days.
