Garden Clean-up- Jessica Cervantes

We only have photos of the aftermath of our whole garden clean up. As shown in the photo above my partner and i both picked up small weeds that grew within the wood pieces. We had a wheelbarrow where we threw in the weeds we yanked out. It took about an hour n a half to where we can visibly see much of the progress.

With the weeds we yanked out, we had to put them in these mounds as shown above. The mounds consisted of compost,dirt,and brown leaves. We grabbed some of the weeds and pulled them into smaller pieces where we laid them on top of the mound. We then shoveled up some compost that we sprinkled on top of the weeds while my partner sprinkled on dirt and then we went and sprinkled some dead leaves. It was like a cake basically and so we did that for every single time we had to lay on some more weeds. We didn't get photos but we also picked up trash that laid around and put em in a white bucket as we also stacked some concrete bricks or stacked up some big wood pieces into piles. We then threw our trash out into the trash bins as our two hours were up. We then made sure everything was back in its place within the shed as we closed it. It was quite fun especially when you have a friend to do the garden with.
