Garden Cleanup. Anthony DiGirolamo Period 1

 For my service project I did garden cleanup. I wanted to do this because I thought it would be fun and its good to help out with cleaning up and making the garden neat. On the first day me and a couple other people moved mulch from the parking lot next to the garden to behind the S wing. We had to shovel mulch into wheelbarrows and then move it to the area we had to set it at. Once we put it there we spread it out evenly over most of it. We went back and forth and finished it in around an hour and a half. On the second day we were also moving mulch but this time we moved it to the back of the garden and inside the fence that the chickens are in. First we shoveled mulch from the parking lot into wheelbarrows and moved it to the garden. Once there we spread it out around the garden and next to the chicken coop. After finishing that we had to put mulch inside the fence that keeps the chickens in. It was to much to go back and forth into the fence so we tossed it over while making sure not to get it on any chickens. Once we finished that we put away the tools and wheelbarrows and we were done. After being done and helping out it feels good because you know you helped out with the garden and had fun while doing it.
