Garden clean up
In garden clean up I stayed for 2 hours and what I did in those 2 hours was to cut or rip wheats of the ground and next I put them in a bucket after that I would dump it onto the multch pile until the bucket was full after that I put more multch on the pile the multch that I put on had to be light and it couldn’t be dark I did that intill the pile was full and then I moved on to the next one and made it half full after that for around 15 minuets I picked up trash around the garden or school and threw it away
Garden clean up
Hello my name is David Sanchez and during garden clean up I helped out in doing two things first thing I did was pulling out the weeds and the second thing I did was putting chicken compost into a bucket and dumping it into the a pile of dirt. What we did helped out the garden because It made the garden look cleaner and better then it was before then when it had a bunch of weeds around the boxes and the piles of dirt were uneven. This project was dun and after completing my hours I felt good for doing something good by helping out in the garden. I would definitely do this again, now before I end my blog here are some pictures of what the garden looked like after we finished.

garden cleanup- Nick Fordyce
This time in garden cleanup it was my second time around doing garden cleanup for the ESLP project. I did garden cleanup on two different occasions with Joe and Jaydn. Both times we worked on shoveling grass and greens along with dirt onto a compost pile. Over the two days we did the same for both days of just shoveling various things into the compost piles. We did 4 compost piles over the two days. I felt this contributed to the garden because we did some productive work for the garden by composting.

For garden clean up I did 2 different thing. My first day of clean up, I started by clearing the walking path in the school garden. I did this by clearing the weed in
the pathway of each garden. This is important because the pathway used
to be covered with different types of weeds and you couldn't even see
where the path was. The next day I started to cut the grass in the inside
garden so we can see the different plants from the story of the seed project.
This was also important because before the plants where not even visible.
Lastly, when the bag was full of weeds we went and dumped in the compost pile
which is made by alternated between grass and dirt. It was important to alternate
between grass and dirt because, it will help speed up the composition of the grass. In total I worked 2 hours on the clean up crew.

Garden Cleanup
In this time around for Garden Cleanup, I worked on 2 things. One was Clearing out the wood and trash from the pathway by the Shed, and taking out the weeds in the garden area in the parking lot. First off, on day one I worked on clearing the old wooden walkway, and other wood/trash that was around the garden area. Then I stacked it in a wheel barrow and rode it over to the trash cans. Then I unloaded the wood trash into the bin, and headed back to the garden. Then Nathan, and I moved a door out of the way and a bag of sand. These tasks were important because it made the garden area more clear, and easier to function and work with without wooden scraps and debris. On the second day, I went out with a few others and took out weeds in the parking lot garden. The weeds, if left alone can get out of hand and if grown and spread enough, can harm the plants that are there. So we took some gloves, and carefully pulled weeds out individually, making sure to pull from the top so all the roots would come out with it. After we would put them into buckets, and when we finished we brought it back to the people building the compost piles. This was important because weeding outside prevents the plants being harmed, and the gardeners coming out with toxic chemicals and spraying them, which sometimes gets on the plants and can kill them or harm them.Garden Clean-up- Jessica Cervantes
We only have photos of the aftermath of our whole garden clean up. As shown in the photo above my partner and i both picked up small weeds that grew within the wood pieces. We had a wheelbarrow where we threw in the weeds we yanked out. It took about an hour n a half to where we can visibly see much of the progress.
